Share your feedback to be entered into a bi-monthly draw for a £100 gift voucher to spend at any of our fabulous stores!

Terms of this prize draw: 

• One entry per valid receipt will be accepted. Duplicate entries will not be included in the prize draw. 
• Entries without a valid receipt or order number will be disqualified. Magical Story cannot accept any entries where the order number has been incorrectly typed in. Please double check your entry carefully before submission to ensure it matches your payment receipt. 
• Staff and direct family members are not permitted entries in the draw. 
• Entries without a contact email address will not be included in the draw. Please check your email address carefully before submitting, as Magical Story cannot be held responsible for invalid email address entry. 
• Winners will be drawn before the 10th of the following month from the pool of all valid submissions for the previous two months. The first draw will be in June 2025. 
• Winners will be drawn at random from all responses. 
• Voucher will be valid for 6 months from date of issue and can be used at any of our physical stores across the UK. 
• Unclaimed vouchers will not be re-allocated.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used in store.
• Entries will not be carried over into the following draw period.
